Network Security Product team manager

Overview:

Join our dynamic Security Network Products team as we establish a dedicated Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) team to enhance our product offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a team of 6 employees across multiple locations, including Switzerland, the UK, France, and Germany, with the potential for future expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the NGFW Platform team, ensuring effective collaboration and motivation among team members.
• Oversee product management, including strategy development, pricing, and product roadmap creation.
• Financial monitoring, budget control, budget reservation of the product
• Deliver technical presentations and act as the primary point of contact for clients utilizing the NGFW product, facilitating communication and gathering valuable feedback.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive product success and alignment with company objectives.
• Analyze and understand market trends and the customer needs (in collaboration with PO and CTO)
• Define Product strategy with CTO and Cyber Defense
• Manage project coordination and provide strategic direction to achieve operational goals.
• Product Marketing/Value Proposition/Market Intelligence

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in team management and team leadership. Giving strategic directions to the team and being able to implement, execute, etc.
• Experience in working in Global team
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders in English.
• Background in IT or cloud engineering is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Experience in a large enterprise environment is preferred.
• Ability to motivate and support a team while driving product performance.
• Technologies: General knowledge of Network technologies. Focus on Firewall is a plus.
