Our client operates a sophisticated global trading infrastructure that provides DMA access to stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures, and options through a single multi-currency account. As part of a targeted expansion, they are seeking high-calibre Sales Professionals from Junior to Senior levels to drive their global footprint.

This is an end-to-end revenue-generating seat. You will be responsible for the full client lifecycle: identifying sophisticated prospects, pitching the platform’s technical edge, and managing the transition from onboarding to consistent trading activity. This role is designed for hunters who prioritise execution over purely relationship-maintenance.

We are looking for market practitioners, not tourists. You must possess a deep technical understanding of cross-border trading and how HNW/UHNW, family offices, and asset managers actually deploy capital. The requirement is simple: you either bring a portable book of business or possess a verifiable track record of building one at pace.

Selection is based on hard data. Candidates must be prepared to discuss:

  • Production: Verifiable revenue, commission flows, or AUM growth.
  • Conversion: Speed of pipeline-to-funded-account transition.
  • Ownership: Evidence of winning new logos and expanding existing mandates.

The firm operates a meritocratic structure. Competitive base salaries are paired with a performance-linked upside that directly reflects your individual contribution to the bottom line.

Please ensure the following details are included in your application / CV for an initial review:

  • Current Seat: Role and location.
  • Client Focus: Who you currently sell to.
  • Production: Key performance metrics and numbers.
  • Portability: Realistically, what moves with you?
