As a Valeter, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles are roadworthy, immaculately presented, and ready for our customers on time. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will help us deliver an exceptional experience every time.
As part of our dedicated vehicle preparation team, your responsibilities will include:
- Using a range of products to clean and prepare vehicles to our high standards
- Carrying out thorough vehicle inspections using our standard checklists
- Checking for damage and ensuring mileage aligns with manufacturer service requirements
- Basic maintenance checks, including oil, windscreen condition, tyre tread depth, and pressure
- Reporting any vehicle condition concerns to your Line Manager promptly
- Ensuring any lost property found in vehicles is logged and handed in
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail. Ideally with:
- Previous experience in a valeting or similar preparation role
- Confidence driving a variety of vehicles, including prestige marques
- A good understanding of different vehicle makes, models, and controls
- Basic car maintenance knowledge
- A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to keeping vehicles in pristine condition
- A valid UK driving licence
- The ability to maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork
- Basic IT literacy
