To undertake tracing and co-operation activities in relation to third parties and witnesses in order to support AX claim recovery. During your Welcome Period you will be required to attend the Fort Dunlop office each working day, upon successful completion, you will be required to attend for a minimum of two days per week. handle enquiries and requests for documentation in relation to accident claims being managed by in-house departments and solicitors and control their progression throughout the claims cycle support and help prioritise workload for Client Relationship Advisors, ensuring visits are completed within a timely and appropriate manner assess intervention claims on receipt of documentation from third party insurers and their representatives accurately respond to third party insurers and their representatives in order to minimise the risk of under recoveries to the business consistently meet or exceed set performance objectives demonstrable experience of working in a busy administration-based role excellent customer service ethos competent with using MS Office work on own initiative as well as support team and departmental goals and objectives.
