About the role
AX Premium Properties is a Dubai-based real estate company that has expanded to the UK with an exclusive off-plan property sales centre in Manchester and London. We represent some of Dubai's most prestigious developers and we are bringing that portfolio directly to UK buyers.
We are looking for confident, client-focused Real Estate Agents to be based at our London Sales Centre and help grow our presence in the UK market. If you have a passion for property, a natural ability to connect with people, and the drive to perform, this is a compelling opportunity to be part of something new.
Key responsibilities
- Present and sell off-plan Dubai properties to UK-based buyers
- Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to reservation
- Conduct in-person and virtual consultations at our Manchester Sales Centre
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers
- Stay up to date on Dubai's property market, developer launches, and investment trends
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets
What we are looking for
- Experience in real estate sales or a high-value client facing sales environment
- Knowledge of Dubai's property market or off-plan sales is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills with a consultative, relationship-led approach
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Based in London or within commutable distance
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
