Geist Studio is a creative partner to bold brands. We collaborate with fast-moving, ambitious teams to turn instinct into identity and distil energy into expression. We’re driven by connection - to our team, our clients, and the people whose lives are shaped by the brands we bring to life.

We’re looking for an experienced UI Designer who can take ideas from 0 to 1. As our digital practice expands, we’re looking for a UI Designer to join our team - someone who can translate brand worlds into intuitive, crafted digital experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with our brand, strategy, and development teams to design interfaces, systems, and interactions that spark joy and drive engagement. From early-stage products to established platforms, you’ll play a key role in shaping how brands live and perform online.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Designing responsive digital interfaces and product experiences from 0 to 1
  • Building and maintaining scalable design systems across platforms
  • Translating strategy, UX, and brand principles into refined, usable design
  • Collaborating with developers, strategists, and creatives throughout delivery

We’d love to hear from you if:

  • You have 5+ years of UI or product design experience in an agency or studio setting
  • You’re fluent in Figma and confident in prototyping and interaction design
  • You understand the balance between brand expression and user experience
  • You’re curious, detail-oriented, and driven to create award-winning digital work

This is a freelance role, ideal for an experienced designer seeking flexible, ongoing collaboration with a growing studio.
