As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Lead Designer to help shape the next chapter of our creative output.
This role is for someone who thinks beyond templates and trends. Someone who’s worked across different digital spaces and who can bring a fresh perspective. You’ll lead key projects from early concept through to delivery, own relationships with a selected group of clients, and play a central role in shaping the standard of design across the agency.
What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end design across multiple projects, from early thinking and concepting through to final delivery
- Push the boundaries of what digital brand experiences can be
- Own a portfolio of clients, balancing innovation with commercial impact
- Line Manage, mentor and support designers, helping raise the overall quality of craft across the team
- Play an active role in hiring, onboarding, and developing new talent
- Collaborate closely with strategy, development, and client services to deliver cohesive, effective solutions
- Improve and evolve our design processes, including tools, workflows, and dev handover
- Contribute to long-term thinking for retained clients, helping define roadmaps and opportunities
- Stay curious, bring in inspiration from across digital, culture, and beyond
What we’re looking for:
- A strong digital portfolio that goes beyond eCommerce, showing creativity, craft, and original thinking
- Experience leading projects and working within agencies
- A deep understanding of UX/UI principles and how design impacts performance
- The ability to translate brand identity into compelling digital experiences
- Confidence working with clients and presenting ideas clearly
- Expert Figma skills
- A strong eye for details

Interview Process:
We will invite selected candidates to a first interview (40–50 minutes), where we’ll cover introductions, relevant experience, and questions. The first round of interviews will start the week of the 26th of May and will be online. If successful in the first interview, you’ll be invited to present some work for a challenge we’ve created. The final interview will be carried out in person in our London Office.
