We are on the lookout for a Design System Specialist who is deeply passionate about crafting visually stunning and highly scalable design systems. In this pivotal role at Above, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our clients' products, ensuring a cohesive and user-centric experience across their diverse range of services.
Once here you will:
- Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive design systems that cater to the needs of complex enterprise systems.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure a seamless and efficient user experience across all platforms.
- Establish and uphold design guidelines, best practices, and standards to maintain consistency and quality.
- Develop and manage design tokens and automation processes to enhance workflow efficiency and team collaboration.
- Actively evaluate and refine the design system to meet evolving user requirements and technological advancements.
- Advocate for design system methodologies within the client's organisation, mentoring team members and promoting a culture of design innovation.

- 5+ years of experience with design systems, particularly in creating and evolving design systems for complex enterprise environments.
