Job Description:
The project involves the Sales Coordinator for RedBull Racing & Converse apparel, responsible for implementing the strategic brand plan in the assigned territory, focusing on sales development and profitability in the wholesale channel.
What will the role entail?
- Managing wholesale business performance end-to-end.
- Understanding the market landscape, including Key Accounts, e-commerce players, multi-brands, and potential franchises, to identify growth opportunities.
- Driving business during market periods (Showroom & Virtual showroom), negotiating & defining client’s OTB, conducting appointments, and supervising order confirmations with active support.
- Cultivating and prospecting new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
- Collaborating with wholesale operations to optimize shipping targets.
- Working with product and marketing teams on strategic initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies to maintain business stability, safety, and security.
Requirements
Of the position:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar.
- 2-3 years of experience in a sportswear brand preferred.
- Good knowledge of the UK market and consumer dynamics.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Results-driven with excellent organizational skills.
