What we are looking for We are looking for a driven and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Braintree! Your main goals as an Assistant Store Manager are to enthusiastically transmit the passion for the brand to the sales team, support the day‑to‑day running of the store operations, work hand in hand with the Store Manager and drive sales through product knowledge and team management. Our dream is that every client feels and shares our brand identity – in a way that they will return to our stores. To make this happen, we need you!
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Team Management: Enthusiastically transmit passion for the brand to the sales team, supporting the Store Manager and enabling the internal development of the people who work with you.
- Sales: Lead, together with the Store Manager, the achievement of commercial targets and KPIs, engage the sales team through action plans and at the same time ensure a careful brand image throughout the sales process.
- Customer experience: Attract and build customer loyalty by paying attention to every detail and offering the highest quality service.
- Shop operations: Ensure compliance with procedures such as inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports and team schedule management.
Requirements How we picture you: You are motivated, energetic, a people person and a team player. You are highly detail‑oriented, proactive, creative and ready to learn new skills that will help you build an exciting career with us. Fashion is your passion. You are analytical, know how to prioritise, and have clear organisational skills. You also know how to drive your team to succeed by leading by example. You have experience managing store teams and monitoring sales and customer service.
What You Need To Succeed In This Role:
- Experience managing a similar level team – minimum 3 years
- Fashion retail experience – minimum 2 years
- Fluent English, level B2 (minimum)
- Team building skills
- Results and KPI oriented
