The project involves actioning the allocation of product to stores, ensuring these reflect the range plans, in an accurate and timely manner. Responsibilities include:
- Providing weekly Monday reports, highlighting good and bad performers, and stock availability.
- Weekly review of free to sell and actively shifting old stock lines across all outlets.
- Maintaining regular stock flows into outlets, and keeping track of stores' stock intake.
- Updating and monitoring inbound/outbound delivery schedule, and liaising with transport and stores managers.
- Highlighting any delays/issues with the above.
- Setting up and maintaining the replenishment system on SAP/Nextail.
- Responsible for optimising stock levels, in order to maximise sales opportunities.
- Identifying and actioning stock consolidations.
- Monitoring store requests and actioning responses in a prompt and commercial way.
- Communicating to stores the outcome of any action.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stores, warehouse, and other departments through constant interactions and providing assistance where necessary.
- Preparing ad hoc analysis in conjunction with the merchandiser.
- Familiarising yourself with the relevant systems and gaining a good working knowledge of Power Bi/BO and SAP.
- Participating in store visits to gain a strong understanding of brand identity, competitors, and the commercial environment.
- Being flexible in your approach to the demands of the business.
