We are looking for a driven and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team! Your main goals as an Assistant Store Manager are to enthusiastically transmit the passion for the brand to the sales team and to support the day‑to‑day running of store operations, working hand in hand with the Store Manager and driving sales through product knowledge and team management. Key responsibilities

  • Team Management: Enthusiastically transmit passion for the brand to the sales team, support the Store Manager, and enable internal development of the team.
  • Sales: Lead achievements of commercial targets and KPIs, engage the sales team through action plans, and maintain a careful brand image across the sales process.
  • Customer experience: Build customer loyalty by paying attention to every detail and offering the highest quality service.
  • Shop operations: Ensure compliance with procedures such as inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports, team schedule management.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
  • English speaker; other languages are a plus.
