The Performance Analyst will help AWTG and its clients understand how digital products, services and operational processes are performing. The role focuses on defining useful measures, analysing trends, producing clear reports and turning insight into practical recommendations for improvement. You will work with multidisciplinary teams across data, AI, software engineering, product, QA and delivery to create practical outcomes for clients and end users.
Key responsibilities
- Work with delivery, product and client teams to define KPIs, success measures, reporting needs and performance baselines.
- Collect, clean and analyse data from digital analytics, operational systems, service data and stakeholder inputs.
- Create regular reports, dashboards and visualisations that explain performance clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify service trends, risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement across products or projects.
- Support teams in interpreting evidence and making data-informed decisions during delivery and continuous improvement.
- Maintain quality assurance checks so that analysis is accurate, repeatable and fit for purpose.
