As a Project Manager for Web and Mobile Apps Development at AWTG, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web and mobile application projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and product owners to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Technical Oversight: Understand the technical aspects of web and mobile application development. Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical requirements are met. Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes to resolve issues and ensure project success.
  • Agile Methodology: Implement and manage Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities, and expectations. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management. Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure their feedback is incorporated into the project.
  • Support Activities: Ensure ongoing support and maintenance of web and mobile applications post-launch. Coordinate with support teams to address and resolve issues in a timely manner. Develop and maintain project documentation, including user manuals, release notes, and training materials.

Technical Skills

  • Agile and Scrum: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework. Proficiency in using Agile project management tools, particularly Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
  • Technical Project Management: Solid understanding of web and mobile app development technologies and frameworks. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) to streamline the development and deployment process is a plus. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and branching strategies is a plus.
  • Support and Maintenance: Experience coordinating post-launch support and maintenance activities. Ability to manage and prioritize support requests and bug fixes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in web and mobile application development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Certification in Agile (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience with user-centered design principles and working with UX/UI teams.
  • Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to lead productive meetings and workshops.

Salary rate negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
