Who are AWTG? AWTG, a leader in 5G systems integration and application development, is looking for RAN Engineers and Subject Matter Experts to join its Networks Division based in London.

Role Specifics: You will work directly on projects which AWTG is engaged on as a Service Integrator or Technical Authority (primarily SCONDA) and act as a SME (subject matter expert) and deliver against AWTG project deliverables in this domain area. Working in collaboration with RAN/O-RAN SMEs and SW Development team, develop AWTG products which deliver Service Assurance of RAN/O-RAN Networks, and Automation/Sofwarisation of RAN/O-RAN Processes from Integration to Optimisation.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience of RAN/O-RAN Integration, preferably in an MNO environment
  • Extensive experience in documentation and optimisation of deployment, integration, operations processes
  • Experience, or extensive appreciation, of vRAN / O-RAN architecture, interfaces, and principles
  • Knowledge, or appreciation, of SD-Networks, Core Networks, Transmission Networks, OSS Tools, and Systems

Skills:

  • Excellent Collaboration skills, preferable experience in a multi-supplier environment
  • Leadership skills, preferable experience hosting and leading technical workshops
  • Problem-solving skills and Attention to detail
  • Effective Planning and organisation
  • Effective Communication skills at all levels
