- Develop strong collaborative working relationships with business unit leads and managers

- Financial controller / Finance manager experience.
- Experience with creating financial statements, planning & organising.
- Expertise in P&L and Cash Flow management.
- Expertise in financial performance, business management and financial processes.
- Good communication skills at all levels.
- Excellent problem analysis & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent skills in MS excel and power BI.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation skills.
Minimum requirement
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with higher degree in accounting and finance.
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) as a Financial Manager/Finance Controller in fast growing sector
- Proven ability of working under pressure.
- Good understanding on revenue recognition and forecast cost.
- Strong IT skills, Advance Excel Pivot Tables, Power BI, Power query, Lookups.
- Knowledge of Quick Books and other accounting systems.
- Knowledge of accounting and reporting automation.
- High drive to succeed and demonstrate innovative initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge in using Excel for reporting and automation.
- Masters degree in business administration and management is an advantage.
- Knowledge of using Jira is a plus.
