We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Systems Integration Engineer with a focus on integrating Core and Radio Access Network (RAN) components, including Traditional RAN, ORAN systems, and Core Network elements.
Responsibilities include:
- Installing and integrating operating systems, virtual machines, Kubernetes clusters, creating cell site configuration files, and databuilds from network designs.
- Assisting in integrating network components, including Core, Traditional RAN, ORAN systems, RIC, and SMO.
- Participating in site commissioning, validating network interfaces, and conducting End-to-End testing.
- Supporting performance assessments, identifying optimization areas, developing automation algorithms, and contributing to monitoring tools.
- Innovating in automation, developing and maintaining CI/CD/CT pipelines.
- Managing configurations and ensuring data integrity.
- Supporting initiatives to improve system processes and systems.
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for network tasks, automation, and configurations.
- Working with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and proficiency in network integration, automation, and system commissioning.
Business Acumen:
- Understanding of project support, stakeholder management, cost optimization, and aligning efforts with strategic goals to support revenue generation.
Technical Knowledge:
- Experience with RAN and Core Network components, including configuration and deployment of CU, DU, RU, EPC, 5GC, NFV, SDN, and interoperability testing.
- Experience with site commissioning and managing network configurations is essential.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network integration (Telecoms/IT) focusing on Core and RAN (ORAN/traditional).
