Responsibilities:

  • Hands‐on experience on O‐RAN system design and development (O‐DU, O‐CU, interfaces).
  • Deep knowledge of RAN Intelligent Controller (RIC) Architecture design, E2E use‐case development, testing and optimisation.
  • Hands‐on experience on Layer 1‐3 protocol development.
  • Hands‐on experience on Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one high‐level programming language.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML.
  • Subject‐matter expertise in performance management and optimisation of 4G/5G networks, multi‐vendor experience, KPIs, user experience.
  • Experience with SMO/OSS tools, automation, softwarisation of process.
  • Experience with E2E RAN deployment, integration, optimisation processes.
  • Knowledge of RAN/O‐RAN CM and PM data structures, multi‐vendor.
  • Experience in xApp/rApp development, and AI/ML technologies is an advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills, attention to detail, planning, communication, problem‐solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in telecoms.
  • Ph.D. in a related field preferred.
