We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cisco Meraki Architect to join our team and lead the delivery of managed services for Cisco Meraki switches, Wi‑Fi access points (APs), and SD‑WAN solutions. As a Meraki Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructures for our clients, ensuring the highest level of performance, security, and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design and Architecture: Develop comprehensive and scalable network architecture solutions based on Cisco Meraki switches, Wi‑Fi APs, and SD‑WAN technologies. Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design tailored Meraki-based solutions that meet their needs.
  • Implementation and Deployment: Lead the deployment and configuration of Cisco Meraki switches, Wi‑Fi APs, and SD‑WAN solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Meraki solutions into existing network environments.
  • Managed Services: Provide ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and support for Cisco Meraki deployments. Proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Implement best practices for security, compliance, and performance optimization.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Cisco Meraki updates. Serve as the subject matter expert for Meraki-related technologies, providing guidance to internal teams and clients.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain detailed documentation for Meraki configurations, network designs, and troubleshooting procedures. Conduct training sessions for internal staff and clients on Meraki technologies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support. Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and recommend improvements or expansions to their Meraki-based solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Cisco Meraki switches, Wi‑Fi APs, and SD‑WAN solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and best practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a managed services environment is a plus.
