AWTG, a leader in 5G systems integration and application development, is looking for Senior Scrum Master to join its Division based in London. AWTG’s technology solution covers Digital Transformation, Rapid Prototyping, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, and Software.

We are looking for a goal oriented and driven Business Analyst with relevant experiences.

Job Description: As Business Analyst at AWTG, you will play a dual role in both analyzing business requirements and facilitating the Scrum process to ensure the successful development and delivery of web and mobile applications. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to align business goals with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Create detailed documentation including user stories, use cases, and process flows.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure user requirements are met in the design process.
  • Validate that developed solutions meet business needs through thorough testing and feedback loops.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities, and expectations.
  • Provide regular updates and demonstrations of project progress to stakeholders.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible.

Technical Skills

  • Agile and Scrum:
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and guiding teams in Agile best practices.
  • Proficiency in using Agile project management tools, particularly Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
  • Continuous Integration /Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) to streamline the development and deployment process is a plus.
    • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and branching strategies is a plus.
  • Development and Delivery:
    • Experience in delivering web and mobile applications is a plus.
    • Basic understanding of web and mobile app development technologies and frameworks.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.

    Preferred Skills

    • Advanced proficiency in Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
    • Experience with user-centered design principles and working with UX/UI teams.
    • Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
    • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
    • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to lead productive meetings and workshops.
