  • Processing equipment kept on hire.
  • Handling failed deliveries.
  • Accurately logging delivery and collection notes.

Using in‑house systems, you will input, review, and analyse information, regularly using Microsoft Excel to check the accuracy of data extracted from the waste portal and other operational systems. This role would suit someone comfortable working with data, who enjoys maintaining high standards of accuracy and providing excellent customer service when dealing with both customers and suppliers. This position is part‑time (25 hours per week) 9 am to 2 pm.

  • Confidence using MS Excel and working with data to ensure accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A self‑motivated approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A customer‑focused mindset when liaising with customers and suppliers.
