We are seeking a motivated and creative Events Fundraising Officer to deliver a dynamic programme of fundraising events across Scotland. This role is key to generating significant income, building strong supporter relationships, and enhancing the organisation’s public profile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate a portfolio of fundraising events to meet income targets.
  • Develop and implement event plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, donors, and volunteers.
  • Lead and support volunteers and event teams to deliver high-quality events.
  • Manage event promotion, working closely with marketing teams on campaigns and social media.
  • Oversee event administration, including CRM/database management, reporting, and donor stewardship.
  • Identify new fundraising opportunities and contribute to innovation within the events programme.
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and best practice.

About You

  • Experience in events, fundraising, or project management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-driven.
  • IT literate, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Desirable

  • Experience in fundraising or charity sector.
  • Knowledge of fundraising regulations and compliance.
