Key job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic go-to-market approaches for Amazon Connect, targeting UK FSI customers in Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance enterprises.
- Engage with executive leadership to understand complex business challenges and propose innovative cloud solutions.
- Serve as the primary business specialist for agentic customer experiences within UK Enterprise FSI.
- Craft compelling value propositions that directly address customer needs and demonstrate AWS's unique capabilities.
- Collaborate with global system integrators to deliver transformative programs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in technology-related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting.
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences and at C-level, including training, workshops, publications.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record.
- Experience selling AI/ML solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines.
- Experience partnering with multiple business leaders in a complex and fast-paced business setting which is in high growth mode.
