Are you an experienced manager with a passion for improving services for women and girls affected by domestic abuse, VAWG and harmful practices?
AWRC is looking for an experienced Ascent Advice, Information & Ending Harmful Practices Contracts Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across our Ascent Ending Harmful Practices partnership and Advice & Information project.
You will oversee contract and partnership management, performance and quality assurance, safeguarding, financial monitoring, reporting and service development, while building strong relationships with commissioners, statutory agencies and voluntary-sector partners.
We're looking for someone who brings strong experience of:
- managing services, contracts, programmes or projects within VAWG, domestic abuse, safeguarding, advice or a related voluntary-sector setting
- contract, grant or commissioned-service management
- monitoring KPIs, outcomes and service performance
- partnership working with commissioners, funders and statutory agencies
- safeguarding and risk management
- line management, supervision and staff development
- budgets, financial monitoring and reporting.
You'll join a feminist organisation committed to providing specialist, culturally competent, trauma-informed and survivor-centred support to women and girls, particularly those from Black and minoritised communities.
