Commercial Graduate Analyst
Location: Grantham, UK. Start date: Summer 2026.
Job Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Graduate Analyst to join our growing team and help turn data into meaningful insights that drive real business change. The role focuses on identifying, analysing, and solving business problems through data, leveraging SQL and Python to extract insights, develop scalable solutions, and drive meaningful, data‑led change across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Analyse data to help solve business problems.
- Build reports, dashboards, and visualisations.
- Support the creation of data‑driven solutions and process improvements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate (or graduating in 2026) in Computer Science, Software Development, or Data Science.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Clear communication and attention to detail.
- Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a desire to grow in an analytics career.
