As a Customer Assistance Coordinator, you’ll work in our fast‑paced Operations team, handling inbound and outbound calls, providing solutions, and making a real impact when it matters most. About you:
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Calm, solutions‑driven approach under pressure
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple cases
- Customer service experience (call centre / assistance a plus, but not essential)
- Flexible and adaptable to different shift patterns
