Are you looking to make an impact and help shape the user experience for our customers across the globe? We're seeking a Content Designer to join Awin in our mission to help customers grow their business online. You'll become a vital part of our UX team, collaborating closely with Designers, Product and Engineering teams to deliver excellence in user experience. You'll be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to release, championing for users and creating human-centred solutions.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Co-leading human-centred discovery with Product teams, helping identify user context and the right problem to solve.
- Being the voice of the users, creating content to help them navigate and find the information they need in the simplest, smartest way possible.
- Collaborating with designers to map out user journeys and processes, identifying key steps and pain points within the broader context of product and experience strategy.
- Collaborating closely with other disciplines, choosing the right format for content to integrate in the designs and enhance user experience.
- Evaluating and optimising content layouts, and exploring different ways of solving problems, with both design and content.
- Participating in crits and feedback sessions.
Your skills:
- Experience working as a UX Writer or Content Designer with robust skills in writing and editing content in English.
- Understanding of user experience design principles and the ability to create content that aligns with user needs and enhances overall user satisfaction.
- Ability to write great micro copy and create content for localisation.
- Ability to use research to gather information and insights about users and assess effectiveness and performance of your content solutions.
- Ability to write in plain user-focused language, choosing the right format and making complex processes easy to understand.
- Ability to develop and implement content strategies that support business objectives, ensuring consistency and coherence across various touch points.
- Good understanding of accessibility requirements, with the ability to create content that works with common assistive technologies.
