We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Client Project Manager to support the continued growth, global alignment and innovation of one of our biggest clients. This role will play a key part in coordinating strategic campaigns, supporting new market launches, identifying innovative partnership opportunities and ensuring client benefits from a consistent, best-practice approach across markets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting global alignment across clients markets, ensuring SLA deliverables are met and communicated clearly.
- Coordinating large-scale strategic campaigns, product launches and new market expansion plans.
- Working closely with the Global Account Manager, Global Account Executive, Global Team Leader and Global Account Director to deliver against client’s strategic KPIs.
- Identifying trends, opportunities and success stories across markets to encourage shared learning and best practice.
- Providing insight into new publisher growth trends, innovative technology partnerships and global publisher opportunities.
- Coordinating publisher recruitment projects across markets in collaboration with the client's subsidiaries.
- Supporting the creation of client toolkits and ensuring launch strategies are aligned, clear and actionable.
- Helping improve internal processes and rolling out effective solutions to support strong service delivery.
