We\’re looking for a Lead UX Researcher to define user research at Awin and have a tangible impact on creating excellence in customer experience.
You\’ll be free to take charge of research and help set how we do things. Working closely with our Product and Design teams, you\’ll influence how we create our products, ensuring we design based on real insights and needs.

Key Tasks:
- Defining and implementing user research process and methodologies at Awin
- Developing comprehensive user research strategies to guide our research initiatives
- Planning and conducting user research studies, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, interviews, and more
- Promoting a culture of user-centricity and insight-driven decision-making across the company
- Educating teams on the value and principles of UX research
- Analysing and synthesizing research data to provide actionable insights
- Creating and delivering research reports and presentations to stakeholders
- Advocating for the importance of user research within the organization
- Leading the research team: providing line management, coaching, regular feedback, and clear development pathways
- Collaborating and building relationships with other customer facing teams to build regular feedback loops and centralize the voice of the customer
- Developing, owning and managing research documentation and repositories
Skills and expertise:
- At least 3 years of experience in a Senior/Lead UX Researcher role, with a proven track record of leading and managing strategic UX research projects
- Experience in setting up and running a user research function within a tech company
- Proficiency in a wide range of UX research methodologies and tools, such as usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and analytics
- Very strong understanding of UX processes
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with product managers and designers
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey research findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward a user-centric mindset
- Adaptability and openness to change, as the role involves establishing new processes and methodologies
