Purpose of Position
As a Customer Insights & Strategy Executive, you will support the Customer Insights & Strategy Leads and Client Director in delivering insights and strategies to top clients and challenging situations.
Key Tasks
- Data provisioning – transforming and formatting data for analysis
- Review datasets for cleanliness
- Analysis – extracting key data points for presentations or further analysis
- Maintain dashboards and reports (Tableau/Power BI)
- Assess inbound requests for suitability
- Support presentation creation, data addition, and brand guideline alignment
- Follow-up with Client Services to review outcomes
- Translate complex data into clear insights for strategic decisions
- Assist Client Director with training content
- Monitor workflow and ensure request progress
- Attend client meetings (in person/online)
- Communicate data requests internally and externally
- Coordinate meetings and prioritize requests
- Stay updated on digital trends and technologies
Skills & Expertise
- 1+ years of online marketing experience
- Understanding of affiliate marketing strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Competent in Excel (basic formulas)
- Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and solutions-minded
- Curious to learn the ‘why’ behind data
- Basic knowledge of online marketing channels
