  • Job Purpose

In this role, you will own the commercial coordination of advertisers from Closed Won through successful launch, connecting Sales, Global Technical Integration and Client Services.

You will ensure commitments are captured accurately, stakeholders remain aligned, blockers are resolved and advertisers progress to activation with clear visibility and momentum.

You will act as the key link between commercial and technical teams, helping drive successful advertiser onboarding and activation through a strong understanding of affiliate tracking and integration processes.

  • Maintain clear visibility of implementation status, milestones, dependencies, risks, blockers, actions and expected launch dates, keeping Sales and relevant stakeholders appropriately informed.
  • Verify that the proposed activation reflects the signed commercial agreement and escalates discrepancies before they affect launch.
  • Proactively identify missing information, unclear ownership, conflicting expectations, client pushback, technical complexity and internal dependencies; ensure each blocker has a clear owner, next step and timeline.
  • Engage the right stakeholders, join client or internal calls where commercial input is required, and accelerate appropriately to accelerate strategic and high-value programmes.
  • Translate effectively between commercial and technical stakeholders so business context, dependencies and technical limitations are understood.
  • Identify recurring bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements to Sales Enablement, Integration and CRM/Salesforce process owners.

The role coordinates launch progression but does not execute technical implementation or retain ongoing Account Management responsibility after handover.
