Our Partnership Development Hub is looking for a new Brand Partnership Consultant (UK) to support the continued growth of brand partnerships and retail media within the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your creative campaign skills, as well as playing a fundamental role in one of Awin’s key growth initiatives. You will have direct exposure to large brands who are using brand partnerships and retail media to drive significant inbound revenue, actively supporting them with their strategic approach. You will also receive in-depth training and guidance to ensure that you are a true subject matter expert and can confidently consult clients across all sectors. The role will be yours to shape, but your core responsibilities will see you supporting brand partner clients to fully maximise their potential.
The role will involve:
- Brand partner outreach and onboarding
- Pitching partnership ideas to advertisers
- Ensuring partner campaign objectives are clearly set-out and manageable
- Identifying and recruiting suitable partner brands
- Liaising with campaign participants to ensure all partner roles are understood
Key Tasks:
- Offer proactive support to all active UK brand partners on the Awin network, helping to identify performance optimisations to support continued growth.
- Help to match-make potential partnership collaborations with existing brand partner clients based on your extensive UK advertiser knowledge.
- Outreach and pitch to clients not currently engaged with brand partnerships and retail media, educating them on the benefits.
- Offer support to brand partnership only advertisers who do not have Awin managed service.
- Support with advertiser onboarding and platform training.
- Support Awin’s specialist brand partnership solution providers with client outreach and best practice guidance to maximise performance.
- Creation of brand partnerships and retail media content, including written articles for Awin.com and industry press, case studies, and market insights.
- Support and/or lead on speaker opportunities at Awin and industry events to further educate the market on brand partnership and retail media opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support, training and education to Managed Services and Platform Services staff, helping to brainstorm potential collaborations and prepare relevant client facing content.
- Support with the coordination of brand partnerships globally, offering your expertise to local market stakeholders and educating on best practices.
Key Skills:
- 1+ year account management experience in a relevant digital marketing role.
- Experience presenting commercial content to internal and external stakeholders that inspires confidence in your knowledge.
- A good understanding of Awin’s commercial offering and how we commercialise partnerships to maximise our own earnings.
- You have strong experience across MS Office, particularly with PowerPoint.
- You are a team player, but can also work independently from time to time and use your initiative to undertake new projects.
- You are proactive and driven to support client growth, as well as develop your own skills and understanding.
- Professional with a proven track record of successful client relationship building, including strong networking skills.
- You are enthusiastic and willing to jump in head first!
