Purpose of Position

The Salesforce Product Manager combines strong product and operational process expertise with creative problem‑solving, translating complex commercial needs into scalable solutions in line with the CRM roadmap and vision. Working in a fast‑paced, global environment, this role brings teams together, leads stakeholders across functions while driving meaningful outcomes in a complex and evolving systems landscape.

Key Tasks

  • Act as primary product linkage between business stakeholders, the Salesforce team, and Product & Technology, ensuring business priorities are clearly understood and reflected in the CRM roadmap.
  • Support the definition, maintenance, and delivery of the CRM roadmap, working closely with CRM and Billing & Payments leadership and teams, to surface synergies and address cross-team dependencies early.
  • Lead structured assessments of current (“as‑is”) business processes and contribute to the definition of future (“to‑be”) processes, helping identify opportunities, benefits and impacts of proposed changes.
  • Translate commercial, contractual, and operational needs, challenge assumptions and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements that support effective delivery within a complex systems landscape.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce Business Partners and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with agreed process models and integrate effectively across platforms.
  • Support scalable and well‑governed CRM data foundations that enable reliable reporting, analytics, and downstream use cases.
  • Drive change and adoption by promoting new ways of working, supporting users through transitions, and helping teams realise value from the CRM platform.
  • Clearly communicate priorities, progress, trade‑offs, and outcomes to a broad set of stakeholders through strong narratives and data‑backed decision making.

Skills & Expertise

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with hands‑on involvement in CRM products, Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong product mindset, with the ability to frame problems, make trade‑offs, and keep teams focused on outcomes in complex system landscape.
  • Experience translating complex business, contractual, or operational needs into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and prioritised backlogs.
  • Data‑driven approach, using data to inform decisions while applying sound business judgement where information is incomplete.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to identify gaps and contribute practical, scalable solutions to cross‑functional challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear product narratives, explain trade‑offs, and support stakeholders through change.
  • Confidence working with and influencing a broad set of stakeholders across technical and non‑technical teams in a global environment.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
