You'll partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and other customer facing teams to plan and deliver impactful research. You'll be comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing multiple priorities, and driving research projects forward from inception to outcome with minimal oversight. Our team is a group of collaborative, curious, and dedicated people who care deeply about creating great experiences for our customers. Alongside meaningful work, we offer a supportive environment and a range of excellent benefits.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end research projects, from problem definition and scoping through to synthesis, recommendations, and stakeholder alignment.
- Planning and executing a range of qualitative and quantitative research activities, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, workshops, and behavioural analysis.
- Translating complex research findings into clear, actionable insights that drive product and business decisions.
- Managing multiple research initiatives simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while maintaining quality and momentum.
- Collaborating closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to identify research opportunities and answer high-value business questions.
- Communicating research findings confidently and effectively to a range of audiences, from practitioners to senior stakeholders.
- Influencing product strategy through evidence-based recommendations and championing customer needs across the organisation.
- Helping teams navigate ambiguity by identifying research approaches, defining next steps, and bringing clarity to complex problem spaces.
- Supporting the development of research operations, processes, tooling, and best practices.
- Maintaining and contributing to our insights repository to ensure research findings are accessible and reusable.
- Mentoring colleagues and supporting the continued growth of research maturity across the business.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders to establish effective feedback loops and strengthen the voice of the customer.
About you:
- 4+ years' experience conducting UX Research within digital products or related fields.
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and when to use them.
- Experienced in independently leading complex research projects from start to finish.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and able to bring structure and direction to unclear problem spaces.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Skilled at synthesising large volumes of information into clear narratives, insights, and recommendations.
- Confident engaging with stakeholders, challenging assumptions constructively, and influencing decision-making.
- Able to prioritise effectively across multiple projects, balancing business goals, customer needs, and team capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent workstreams while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
- Proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable identifying and resolving blockers independently.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Curious, analytical, and motivated to understand the 'why' behind customer behaviour.
- Passionate about creating user-centred products and embedding customer insight into decision-making.
This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and can confidently drive research forward, even when the path ahead isn't fully defined.
