Influencer Partnerships Manager (1 year FTC)
As an Influencer Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing influencer campaigns from concept through to execution and reporting.
This includes supporting advertiser outreach, proactively pitching influencer collaboration opportunities to prospective and existing clients, defining campaign objectives, identifying and recruiting relevant influencers, and ensuring campaigns are delivered successfully against client goals.
You will play a key role in presenting Awin’s influencer offering to brands and agencies, confidently communicating the value of influencer affiliate marketing and tailoring recommendations based on each client’s objectives.
This will include supporting pitches and proposals identifying opportunities for growth, and helping advertisers understand appropriate campaign measurement models beyond traditional CPA.
You will manage day-to-day communication with influencers, brands and agencies, building strong relationships and ensuring all campaign participants are aligned on deliverables, timelines and expectations.
The role will involve negotiating campaign fees and payment structures, monitoring campaign activity, and ensuring affiliate tracking and campaign assets are correctly implemented and optimised throughout delivery to campaign performance reporting.
As a key member of Awin’s growing influencer offering, you will act as an internal and external advocate for influencer marketing across the business.
You will support advertisers with strategic guidance and best practice, contribute to new business opportunities, create educational and thought leadership content, and represent Awin at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
The role requires a strong understanding of the influencer and affiliate marketing landscape, with the ability to identify growth opportunities for both brands and creators.
Experience creating content or managing your own social media community is advantageous (but not needed), as it provides valuable insight into influencer needs, content creation processes and campaign best practices.
- This is a hybrid role working from the London office, meeting clients/partners and/or attending events three days per week.
- This is a maternity cover contract starting ~December 2026 - January 2028
- Key Tasks
- Represent Awin at influencer focused events and educate the wider community on the opportunity available
- Recruit, onboard, develop and train influencers across the network using Awin’s Influencer Marketing Platform
- Support influencers in monetising their content and educate brands on appropriate measurement models beyond CPA to accurately assess influencer impact
- Develop and grow Awin’s managed influencer service offering, curating and executing bespoke influencer campaigns for brands
- Manage campaign budgets, commercial negotiations and influencer payment structures
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable post-campaign insights and recommendations
- Create influencer case studies, success stories and best practice guides to support internal and external education
- Proactively support advertisers with influencer marketing objectives, providing strategic recommendations and platform guidance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies and advertisers to drive long-term growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal sales and account management teams to support client growth and campaign success
- Represent Awin at influencer focused events and educate the wider community on the opportunity available
- Stay up to date with influencer, social and affiliate marketing trends to identify new opportunities for advertisers and publishers
- Support pitches, presentations and proposals for prospective and existing advertiser opportunities
Skills & Expertise
- Minimum two years’ experience working within the Influencer Marketing industry
- Strong pitching and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently communicate value propositions and win stakeholder buy-in
- Confident negotiating commercial opportunities, rates and partnership structures
- Experience working with influencer platforms via an affiliate network; LTK, Metapic, Stylink
- Can produce aesthetically pleasing marketing collateral with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to tailor recommendations based on a clients marketing goals, analysing campaign performance data with actionable insights and recommendations
- Perform pro-actively and autonomously, using initiative to undertake new projects
- Experience managing influencer and client relationships, from onboarding to optimisation
- Familiarity of working within an affiliate network environment or similar
- Passionate about the influencer market, social media, creator trends and the evolving influencer landscape
- Commercially minded with the ability to spot growth opportunities for brands and influencers
