Job Description

Global Head of Brand & Communications (B2B tech or SaaS)

We’re looking for a strategic and creative leader to elevate Awin’s global brand and communications. As our Global Head of Brand & Communications, you’ll shape how the world sees us—defining our voice, guiding our visual identity, and ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.

Leading a multidisciplinary team of 4–5 specialists in brand, content, communications, and design, you’ll drive global brand strategy, storytelling, PR, internal communications, and market positioning. This is a hands-on role that blends vision with execution, and requires someone who can align teams, inspire creativity, and deliver measurable impact.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

Brand Strategy & Identity You’ll define and evolve our global brand, aligning it with Awin’s mission, values, and long-term goals. From tone of voice to visual identity, you’ll ensure consistent and compelling brand expression across all markets and platforms.

Content & Communications Leadership You’ll oversee our content and communications strategy, leading the teams that craft everything from thought leadership and internal updates to PR, blogs, and social media. You’ll ensure messaging is aligned, purposeful, and tailored to the right audiences.

External Reputation & PR Working with our agency partners, you’ll manage global PR strategy and media relations, acting as a spokesperson when needed. You’ll guide how we respond to opportunities and challenges, ensuring our brand remains respected and relevant.

Internal Engagement You’ll help ensure employees feel connected to Awin’s vision by leading internal communications and supporting alignment during company milestones, changes, or key announcements.

Design Oversight In partnership with our design team, you’ll ensure Awin’s visual brand is modern, cohesive, and impactful, from marketing assets to product UI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration You’ll partner closely with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and People to ensure brand and messaging are aligned and fully integrated across the business.

Team Leadership & Development You’ll lead, support, and grow a collaborative global team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Impact & Measurement You’ll define brand KPIs, track performance, and report regularly to senior leadership. You’ll also manage the brand and communications budget, ensuring strong ROI.

Skills & Expertise

  • 10+ years of experience in brand, communications, or marketing roles, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • Proven experience leading a team (4–5 direct reports or more).
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to roll up your sleeves and execute.
  • Strong background in global brand building, content development, and messaging.
  • Experience managing PR, media relations, and communications in both calm and high-stakes situations.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • A data-informed approach, with the ability to measure brand impact and optimize efforts.
  • Previous internal communications experience is a plus.
  • Experience working across global teams or multiple markets preferred.

Language Requirements

  • Native-level English speaker, with exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Precision, clarity, and storytelling excellence are essential.
  • Additional European languages are a plus.
