Customer Insights & Strategy Executive (f/m/d)

Purpose of Position

As a Customer Insights & Strategy Executive, you will support the Customer Insights & Strategy Leads and Client Director in delivering insights and strategies to our top clients and challenging situations.

Key Tasks

  1. Data provisioning: transforming and formatting data for analysis.
  2. Review datasets for cleanliness.
  3. Analysis: providing key data points from large datasets for insights and presentations.
  4. Maintain dashboards and reports (Tableau/Power BI).
  5. Assess inbound requests for suitability.
  6. Support with presentation creation and data alignment.
  7. Work with teams to review outcomes from strategic recommendations.
  8. Translate complex data into clear stories for actionable insights.
  9. Assist Client Director with training content creation.
  10. Monitor workflow and ensure requests are on track.
  11. Attend client meetings (in person/online).
  12. Communicate data requests internally and externally.
  13. Coordinate meetings and prioritize requests.
  14. Stay updated on digital trends and technologies.

Skills & Expertise

  1. 1+ years of online marketing experience.
  2. Understanding of affiliate marketing strategies.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  4. Excel skills with basic formulas.
  5. Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
  6. Strong communication skills.
  7. Detail-oriented and proactive in spotting trends.
  8. Motivated to learn and understand the \’why\’.
  9. Basic knowledge of online marketing channels.
