Purpose
Make an impact by shaping the user experience for customers globally. As a Content Designer at Awin, you will collaborate closely with Designers, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver excellent user experiences through every phase of the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Co‑lead human‑centred discovery with Product teams to identify user context and the right problem to solve.
- Act as the voice of the users by creating content that helps them navigate and find information in the simplest, smartest way possible.
- Collaborate with designers to map user journeys and processes, identifying key steps and pain points within the broader product and experience strategy.
- Work closely with other disciplines to choose appropriate content formats that integrate into designs and enhance user experience.
- Evaluate and optimise content layouts, exploring different ways to solve problems through design and content.
- Participate in critique and feedback sessions.
- Have experience as a UX Writer or Content Designer, with robust skills in writing and editing content in English.
- Understand user experience design principles and be able to create content that aligns with user needs and enhances overall satisfaction.
- Craft great micro‑copy and adapt content for localisation.
- Use research to gather information and insights about users and assess the effectiveness and performance of content solutions.
- Write in plain, user‑focused language, choosing the right format and making complex processes easy to understand.
- Develop and implement content strategies that support business objectives, ensuring consistency and coherence across various touch points.
