About the Role: Are you a graduate ready to make a real-world impact? Join a growing team delivering an innovative and essential infrastructure project that will serve millions across East Anglia. We are looking for a motivated Graduate to provide commercial support to both the delivery management and on-site teams for our major potable water transfer project. This is a unique opportunity to work collaboratively in a high-demand sector, developing this project that will protect the environment and support communities across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of project management techniques in the alliance whilst adding your own input/ spin on approaches
  • Create synergy and a ‘joined up’ approach to project management across teams to enhance efficiency
  • Lead projects across various teams and deliver tangible success; whilst learning from mistakes along the way
  • Understand the importance of stakeholders in project management; develop sound stakeholder engagement approaches/techniques/ strategies to smooth projects landing
  • Understand the importance of intervention/ mitigation where required and remain calm under pressure to deliver against time, cost, quality and H&S standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • A 2:2 degree or above in a related subject; project management, business studies
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • A proactive, detail-driven approach and a willingness to learn
  • Able to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)
