We’re looking for a Project Manager to join Anglian Water’s Coastal Waters Project Delivery (CWPD) team, playing a key role in delivering one of our most ambitious and high-profile environmental programmes. CWPD is a newly established delivery team, operating as a single, badge-less team alongside the Programme Delivery Partner and our supply chain. This role is focused on innovative nature-based solutions to improve coastal water quality and reduce environmental impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Promote a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture
- Lead the delivery of capital projects from development through to implementation
- Manage timelines, risks, budgets and project performance
- Drive collaboration across internal teams, partners and contractors
- Support delivery of innovative, data-led and nature-based solutions
- Ensure compliance with CDM, governance and safety standards
- Build relationships with stakeholders including local authorities and regulators
- Contribute to programme governance and investment decisions
- Drive continuous improvement and best practice delivery
- Support mobilisation of new Design & Build delivery model
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience delivering capital projects in infrastructure or utilities
- Experience working in complex, multi-partner delivery environments
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle and delivery models
- Knowledge of health, safety and CDM regulations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines
- Strong commercial awareness and performance focus
Desirable:
- Experience in water/environmental programmes
- Knowledge of NEC contracts
- Experience in mobilisation or digital delivery environments
