You'll also build strong partnerships with local stakeholders, helping to maximise the impact of our programmes and represent Anglian Water within the community.
No two days will be the same as you:
- Design and deliver engaging education and community outreach programmes.
- Inspire children, young people and adults through interactive learning experiences.
- Build lasting relationships with schools, Parish Councils and community organisations.
- Evaluate programme success and use insight to continuously improve delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to support wider environmental and sustainability objectives.
- Act as a passionate ambassador for Anglian Water within the communities you support.
You'll be a confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people from all backgrounds and can adapt your approach to suit different audiences. You'll also have:
- Experience delivering education, training or community engagement programmes.
- The ability to explain technical or complex information in an engaging and easy-to-understand way.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience building strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence working independently while collaborating with colleagues across different teams.
- A passion for sustainability, education and making a positive impact within local communities.
- A teaching or training qualification, experience working across both education and community engagement settings, and knowledge of the National Curriculum would be advantageous.
- A full UK driving licence and business car insurance are essential, as regular travel across your allocated area will be required, with occasional evening and weekend working to support community events.
- A suitable DBS check will also be required for this role.
