Aweventurer is a fast-growing travel and retreat brand. We’re looking for an Operations & Projects Lead to oversee and coordinate the moving parts of our business, from retreat logistics to marketing campaigns and outreach.
You’ll support our remote team to ensure everything is delivered on time and to standard. This is a hands-on role where you’ll keep projects aligned with the founder’s vision, troubleshoot challenges, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Team Oversight & Coordination
- Manage and oversee the work of socials, marketing, and logistics.
- Run weekly check-ins, set priorities, and track deliverables.
- Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Report back to the founder with updates, issues, and outcomes.
Operations & Logistics
- Oversee retreat operations: guest comms, schedules, payments, logistics.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers to keep retreats on schedule.
- Standardise and support host onboarding processes.
- Ensure content calendars are planned and delivered by the team.
- Oversee campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and newsletters.
- Track performance and share insights.
- Lead outreach to potential hosts, partners, and media.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain pipeline tracking.
- Contribute to PR and partnership calendars.
Admin & Founder Support
- Act as the founder’s right hand to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Coordinate diaries, inbox triage, and CRM updates.
- Prepare materials for launches, webinars, and community events.
