AWE is seeking an experienced Metrologist to join the Target Fabrication Science Team. You will conduct dimensional inspection of micron to millimetre scale components, using CMM, interferometry and optical microscopy, to support plasma physics experiments on UK Orion and US NIF facilities.
The role combines hands-on laboratory work with analytical testing, data reporting, equipment calibration, and day-to-day lab activity oversight.
