To ensure that high-quality heating installation, maintenance & servicing work is carried out on Awen properties or contracts for external clients.
- To undertake heating engineer duties including servicing of boilers, maintenance and installations as directed by the heating services manager.
- To undertake plumbing duties on various workstreams as instructed by line manager.
- To record completed works and maintain records of work carried out including measurements and calculations.
- To obtain correct materials as directed after instruction including purchase orders.
- To be responsible for planning workload and recognition of priorities.
- To work unsupervised and exhibit responsibility for the completion of tasks and using own initiative when faced with minor problems.
- Maintain effective communication with your direct line manager, administration team and clients passing on information, concerns and problems with regard to any job.
- As part of the Property Services Department, you will be required to participate in the out of hours stand by service.
