Awen Cultural Trust is a registered charity with a wholly-owned subsidiary, Awen Trading Ltd, based in South Wales. Our purpose is to make people's lives better.

Position:

  • Accountable to: Library Supervisor

As a Library Assistant, you will work on a variety of tasks ranging from helping visitors of Awen libraries to delivering events. A commitment to providing excellent customer services is essential as you will provide help and support to people who visit our Library which could include signposting to helpful resources, choosing the right book or using our facilities such as the computers available.

We need a confident and enthusiastic person to help deliver our activities and events ranging from Bounce & Rhyme for babies, coding clubs and reading groups to dementia-friendly coffee groups.
