Introducing the Defence STEM Undergraduate Scheme (DSUS) This scholarship program offers: Full tuition fee coverage (up to £9,250/year). Annual bursary (up to £5,000). Paid summer placements with earnings of £23,500 pro-rata. Fast-track opportunities to permanent graduate roles. We support students academically and professionally, offering immersive, hands-on placements during a 9-week Summer Placement, focusing on: The UK’s CASD program. Engineering of nuclear warheads. Building design, manufacturing, and facilities. The lifecycle of nuclear technologies and threat reduction. Eligibility Applicants should be studying an engineering discipline recognized by the Engineering Council, with a keen interest in: Electrical/Electronic Civil Manufacturing Systems Mechatronics Engineering Design & Construction Management Applicants must be UK nationals with a UK passport (minimum 10 years UK residence) and able to obtain security clearance.
