Q Underwriting provides 30+ niche commercial lines products – all backed by A rated insurers. All our products are underwritten in-house by Q’s experienced team and can be traded via the Qtrade portal or by direct access to empowered underwriters.
We are seeking to recruit a Change Coordinator, someone with a strong Administrative background, interested in a potential career path as a Change or Business Analyst
- Co-ordination of the small change process, including updating tickets on Jira, keeping the priority ticket tracker up to date, and collating estimates from suppliers.
- Scheduling workshops and meetings.
- Drafting governance documents such as SCR’s (small change requests).
- Tracking small change costs against budget.
- Producing reports from Jira and Excel.
- Liaising with business stakeholders to track activities.
- Monitoring small change mailbox and ensuring prompt action is taken by change analysts where necessary.
- Chasing information from suppliers, such as estimates.
