Package: £29,490-£35,000 (dependent on experience, qualifications, and suitability)

Role Overview
AWE is recruiting a Business Operations Analyst within the Physics Business Operations Team. You will gain insights into leadership and governance, working closely with management and key stakeholders. This role suits a business analyst who enjoys data work and process automation, focusing on security data support across tactical and strategic tasks in Physics. The candidate should have skills in designing and managing Physics security SharePoint sites, developing dashboards, data analytics, and communicating with diverse audiences, from management to Physics staff. A proactive, innovative attitude is essential for supporting Physics' management team effectively and securely.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfilling Security Liaison Officer duties, including meetings, security briefs, incident reporting, and inspections, following the SLO terms of reference.
- Creating a Physics security dashboard using iTRAC data for the Visual Management Board.
- Maintaining Physics SharePoint pages and communicating updates on security documentation and procedures.
- Providing security training, toolbox talks, and advice to Physics staff.
- Supporting security compliance through routine checks on information storage and destruction.
- Assisting with security-related transformation activities and company initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Looking for someone with strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, attention to detail, data analysis ability, and problem-solving skills. Experience working across various levels of a business is desirable. Preferred skills include setting up large meetings, developing performance measures, collaborating with teams, and supporting continuous improvement activities.
