This is a Full‑Time office‑based role working as part of our finance team at our workshop facility in High Wycombe. You will be a part of a friendly and supportive team that work together in achieving quality results.
Essential skills, experience and knowledge required:
- 3-5 Years\’ experience in an accounts / bookkeeping role
- Xero Accounting Software
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced work environment and be a quick learner
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team Player willing to support other members as necessary
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Mining (preferable)
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing Supplier invoices against Purchase Orders
- Accurate GL coding of supplier invoices in Xero Accounting
- Timely follow up of outstanding invoices and supplier queries
- Creditor & Bank reconciliations
- Processing of payment files
- Managing a high-volume email inbox
- Communicating and maintaining relationships with internal staff and external clients
- Supporting the Management Accountant as required
