AWE is currently recruiting for a Senior Business Operations Team Leader / Resource Manager to sit within the Physics Business Operations Team. You will gain a unique insight into the leadership and governance of the Physics sub-function, working with both the management team and key stakeholders.
This role is ideally suited to a business analyst who enjoys working with people, data and automating processes with an eye for trend analysis. The role would be supporting both tactical and strategic tasks within Physics.
Location: RG7 4PR, located between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking. Hybrid working is available for this role on an informal, non-contractual basis. Typically, 3 days onsite per week as a minimum.
Package: from £47,860 (depending on your suitability, qualifications, and level of experience). A relocation package may be available (terms and conditions apply).
Working pattern: AWE operates a 9-day working fortnight. We will consider flexible working requests so that your work may fit in with your lifestyle. Just let us know your preferred working pattern on your application.
